Residential / Commercial Cleaner – Above & Beyond Cleaning

Above & Beyond Cleaning is a locally owned and growing cleaning business serving Fort McMurray and the surrounding area. We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys helping clients maintain clean, healthy spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential, deep, move-out, and commercial cleaning services
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and organize client spaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication with clients
- Travel to client locations as scheduled
- Report any damages or issues promptly
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
