Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Instructor, Flight Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional training and education to aspiring flight attendants, ensuring they are well-prepared for their responsibilities in the aviation industry. The instructor will deliver engaging lessons, facilitate practical exercises, and support students throughout their learning journey. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and relevant classroom experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development:
- Create and update course materials including syllabi, lesson plans,
Teaching and Instruction:
- Deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and conduct interactive sessions to teach students about effective communication strategies in business environments.
- This could include topics like written communication, interpersonal skills, presentations, and cross-cultural communication.
Skill Development:
- Guide students in developing their communication skills, emphasizing professional writing, public speaking, and effective interpersonal communication in diverse business settings.
- Technology Integration: Utilize technology and tools such as multimedia resources, digital platforms, and presentation software to enhance learning experiences.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and exams, providing constructive feedback and grading assessments promptly.
Mentorship and Support:
- Offer guidance, advice, and academic support to students, helping them navigate challenges and improve their communication abilities.
- Industry Relevance: Keep abreast of industry trends, changes in communication technologies, and evolving business practices, integrating this knowledge into course content.
- Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with other instructors and departments to ensure alignment with broader educational goals, and network with professionals to bring real-world insights into the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in FAPP or Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience in teaching
- Knowledge of airline safety procedures, customer service standards, and emergency protocols is preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Professional demeanor with a passion for education and aviation industry standards

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
