Residential Cleaner – Part-Time Transitioning to Full-Time

We are currently hiring a dependable Residential Cleaner to join our team. This position is Monday–Friday, offering approximately 25–40 hours per week based on scheduling, client volume, and continued company growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional individuals
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
- Comfortable traveling between client homes throughout Calgary
- Must be willing to provide a current criminal record check (at own expense, as this role involves working in clients’ private homes)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Residential cleaning and sanitization
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, and detailed finishing work
- Following cleaning checklists and schedules
- Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards
- Providing professional and friendly customer service on-site
- Responsible for daily transportation between client locations throughout Calgary, including driving the owner as part of daily work routes (employee must provide their own reliable vehicle and cover fuel costs)
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage of $18/hour + vacation pay. Performance and wage review will be completed following a 3-month probationary period
