We have two shifts availabe
- Afternoon Shift: 3pm-11pm
- Night Shift -11pm-7am
Work Location: Markham (14th Ave and Birchmount Rd area)
Duties:
- Safely sets up, operates, and monitors press machinery and equipment
- Completes press machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Monitors production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas met.
- Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations.
- Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently.
Other Details—Must Haves
- Experience working with 8 Colors
- Experience with Polyethylene, solvent based ink
- Flexographic printing
- Gearless press, fully automatic (computerized press)
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Central impression, or CI, flexo presses experience
