We are hiring a fully licensed physiotherapist able to see patients on their own. Please only apply if you are registered with the college without any restrictions.
The Vitality Studio is located inside an established, vibrant clinic in Kanata and is looking for a dynamic & team oriented physiotherapist to join us. Our space is beautifully designed with your comfort in mind as well as functionality for your patient’s needs. An electric height adjustable treatment table, ultrasound/electric stim, single column function trainer, exercise equipment and ample room for rehab are provided for you to use as you see fit.
You are encouraged to grow your practice over time by providing exceptional care and generating referrals from your clients but you will also benefit from referrals from established chiropractic patients of the host clinic and marketing endeavours to help you grow. The Vitality Studio shares the waiting area and front desk with Kanata Chiropractor’s Office and you will have admin support throughout your shift.
X-ray facilities are on-site being used by chiropractors and any co-managed patients would be able to benefit from them as needed at no additional cost.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient assessment, diagnosis & develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based treatment, patient education on prevention, monitor & adjust treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, foster trust, and advocate for preventative and wellness care.
- Collaboration & teamwork with staff & health care professionals, support different roles
- Participate in clinic marketing activities, community outreach to promote the clinics
Qualifications:
- Registered physiotherapist in Ontario
- Professional liability insurance required
- Experience preferred, however new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal skills & effective communication essential
- Passion for learning, mentorship & professional growth
Remuneration & Benefits:
- You will be paid as a contractor at an hourly at a rate of $50 - $80/ hour based on experience, qualifications and certifications. You will be able to choose to see one client at a time and not be rushed through treatment. If you are seasoned and want to arrange your schedule in a way that allows you to see people with slightly overlapping treatment windows that is fine as well and will allow you to earn more. The choice will be yours and will have to be communicated at the time of hiring as it will impact your hourly rate.
Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour
