Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will oversee large-scale transformation programs, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise projects and transformation initiatives.
- Develop strategic project roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Manage project governance, budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate business and technology teams across multiple workstreams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Support organizational change management activities.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor project performance and delivery metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide projects and programs.
- Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
- Experience managing large budgets and project teams.
- Knowledge of project governance and risk management practices.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- PMP certification preferred.
