You have completed either a period of time as an Apprentice or be able to demonstrate safe and effective knowledge as an experienced demolition labourer. Your ability to accept instruction and willingness to undertake training as required, as well as provide mentorship to those in need of trade based guidance, is expected to achieve the progression to Lead Hand.

- Safely & effectively maintain and operate small/medium equipment, all tools & power tools
- Demonstrate capability in the safe operation and maintenance of mobile equipment
- Demonstrate these attributes, as well as those of the Apprentice
