Significant experience as a Civil Superintendent on large industrial, infrastructure, mining, or heavy civil projects, preferably WTP or WWTP
Strong background in concrete formwork systems DOKA, PERI, EFCO ryc(a key requirement).
Must have handled projects above $100 million.
Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
Proven ability to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, earthworks, concrete placement, and structural concrete.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
