Job Overview: Adventure Motors is seeking an experienced sales representative who possesses a positive attitude, loves what they do, and has excellent customer service skills.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Consistently provide an excellent sales experience starting with first contact and continuing throughout the duration of the customer relationship.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers through active listening.
- Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers.
- Responsible for daily follow ups with current, existing, and potential customer leads.
- Complete customer files according to company procedures.
- Maintain inventory and showroom appeal.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing outstanding service.
- Continuously learn about product updates, inventory and how it will benefit the customer.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Previous vehicle sales experience required (2 yrs.)
- Knowledge of powersports products a significant asset.
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract required.
- A passion for knowledge & enthusiasm with powersports products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to understand and help others.
- Thrives in fast-paced and positive teamwork environment.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and an online learning environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly.
- Actively contributes to a positive teamwork environment, helping with various tasks as required.
