Our client is an established Alberta manufacturer specializing in premium granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops for residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and institutional projects. They're looking for a skilled Installer who enjoys working with their hands, solving challenges on-site, and delivering a finished product that exceeds customer expectations. Every project is different, offering the opportunity to work in beautiful custom homes, commercial spaces, healthcare facilities, restaurants, offices, and other unique environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Safely transport finished countertops and architectural surfaces to customer sites
- Review installation drawings and verify site conditions before beginning work
- Install granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops with precision and care
- Perform on-site trimming, fitting, leveling, polishing, and final finishing
- Install sinks, backsplashes, and other custom components
- Resolve installation challenges while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and project managers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of installation experience (countertops preferred)
- Experience installing countertops, cabinetry, millwork, or finish carpentry
- Ability to read shop drawings and installation plans
- Strong measuring and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
- $25-$30/hour, depending on experience
- Three weeks' vacation (15 days)
