Responsibilities and Duties as mentioned below but not limited to:
- Operate waterjet machinery / Other automated processes
- Load/unload materials using cranes
- Read and interpret digital templates and fabrication drawings (DXF, CAD)
- Set up tooling, perform machine calibration, and monitor cutting processes
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Clean and maintain machines daily, including inspecting parts and performing routine preventative maintenance
- Perform quality checks to ensure pieces meet spec and finish standards
- Collaborate with shop team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC or waterjet equipment
- Familiar with CAD/CAM software, digital templates, and nesting layouts
- Strong understanding of material handling and shop safety procedures
- Physically able to lift up to 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop
- Asset: Experience with finish work such as hand polishing, assembling , welding, kitting
