Overview:
Join our dental practice as a Dental Hygienist and play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. We are seeking a skilled professional with a passion for dentistry and patient care.
The position is Fridays only from 7:45 am to 1:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct dental cleanings and exams with with the Dentist.
- Assess patients individual needs for ethical practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
- Perform oral cancer screenings and take X-rays
- Use the Itero Scan to help with orthodontic consultations and appliances.
- Conduct medical history, maintain patient records and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
- Sterilization of tools and operatory
- accurate billing through dental software.
Skills:
- time Management
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in dental assisting is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a dental office setting
- Learning Cleardent and billing proficiency
