What You'll Do
As our Founding Lead Bartender, you'll help establish the culture, standards, and personality of the bar from day one.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading nightly bar operations
- Developing and maintaining exceptional cocktail standards
- Creating memorable guest experiences
- Training and mentoring bartenders
- Managing inventory and ordering
- Maintaining quality, consistency, and cleanliness
- Working closely with ownership during opening and beyond
- Helping shape systems, procedures, and service standards
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has several years of bartending experience in a quality cocktail-focused environment
- Is passionate about hospitality as much as cocktails
- Leads by example
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is organized, dependable, and accountable
- Enjoys teaching and mentoring others
- Wants to build something rather than simply maintain it
- Takes pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience opening a new restaurant or bar
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Wine, beer, or spirits certifications
- A creative approach to cocktail development
