Slow Sunday Foods is a growing BC food brand that makes unsweetened everyday sauces from whole BC fruit. Our products are expanding across Vancouver grocery stores and specialty retailers, and we’re building our brand through retail, social media, markets, and community events.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable student to help support sales and events as we grow.
This role is ideal for someone studying marketing, communications, business, or entrepreneurship, or otherwise wants real experience in sales while building a consumer brand.
You will work directly with the founders and gain hands-on exposure to brand building, retail marketing, and food entrepreneurship.
What You’ll Do
Retail & Event Marketing
Support brand visibility and customer engagement through in-person events.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with in-store product demos
- Helping run farmers market and community event booths
- Setting up brand displays, signage, and sampling stations
- Engaging customers and explaining products
- Distributing samples and gathering customer feedback
- Helping collect email signups and grow the customer community

- Is interested in marketing, branding, food, and entrepreneurship
- Enjoys talking with people and representing a brand
- Is organized, reliable, punctual and proactive

- Owns a car and has a driver's license
- Has weekend availability
