We are currently looking for a Guest Services Specialist to join our team—someone who is passionate about guest care, thrives in a team environment, and loves the idea of working at one of Canada's top resort destinations.
Job Summary: As a Guest Services Specialist, you are the face of the resort. From greeting guests and managing check-ins to coordinating spa appointments and supporting behind-the-scenes operations, you ensure each guest enjoys a seamless, personalized experience throughout their stay.
This position involves a balance of guest-facing service and administrative support for both the resort and spa operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about resort services and amenities
- Assist with guest requests, special occasions, and problem resolution
- Handle accommodation, spa and dining reservations using our internal systems
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage daily operational checklists
- Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping, spa, restaurant, and other departments
- Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Support billing and administrative processes, including booking changes and payments
- Ensure spa policies are communicated and facilitate check-ins to set the Spa Team up for success
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software; property management or booking system experience is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns with care
- Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays required)
- Familiarity with Prince Edward County is a bonus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
