The Incumbent will assist director of sales to define, develop, and execute in-market sales strategies, tactics and action plans for the assigned market(s). Assist the Director to achieve annual revenue targets, grow new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and build strong customer relationships within Canada thereby meeting the objectives of the corporate office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Director of Sales to achieve/exceed annual sales targets within assigned markets and accounts.
- Generating reports, preparing proposals, collecting details, coordinating with clients and suppliers. execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our relationship with potential B2B (airports/ airlines/ banks/ corporates/ travel agencies, etc.) and B2C customer base for Plaza Premium Lounges, F&B outlets and other products and services offered by Plaza Premium Group.
- Tracking partners’ performance to identify business potentials and opportunities.
- Seeking out new major clients and forming working relationships with the key customers in your market(s).
- Effectively communicate PPG’s value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand current competitive landscape for various PPG products.
- Accurately forecast future sales and market trends to adapt to shifts and direction of sales strategy in the marketplace to maximise company profit.
- Assist in understanding the market intelligence and industry trends; conduct research on customers, competitors and market. Identify gaps and opportunities, sharing feedback and best practices within the sales organisation with the objective of building and strengthening our position in market and growing the business.
- Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
- Assist Sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant
information.
- Accurately track and update of sales pipeline and revenue.
- Regular maintenance of client account information.
- Adherence to all sales procedures and processes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives to grow both current and new business.
- Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.

- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Sale Director from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree holder in business Management with a minimum of two or more years’ experience in a sales role.
- Understand the hospitality environment with a network in airline, banking & credit card products will be a definite advantage
- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence others and take decisive actions.
- Strong knowledge in local and regional markets trends and customer behaviours.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work well
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms.
- Good Computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
