Timbertrain Coffee Roasters is bringing its specialty coffee experience to a summer pop-up location, and we are looking for talented baristas to be part of it.
The space is conveniently located in Vancouver's Financial District, just 5 minutes from a downtown SkyTrain station, with further details shared upon application. This is a 3-month contract position running through the summer, with shifts Monday to Friday and no weekends. Shifts start as early as 6:30 am and finish no later than 5 pm.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and can bring great energy to a unique and dynamic setting. While this is a fixed-term role, opportunities to continue beyond the contract may arise, though we are unable to make any guarantees at this stage.
What we are looking for:
- Previous barista experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of coffee fundamentals (espresso, dialing in, drink preparation)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to deliver a great guest experience even during the busy rush
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
Pay: $19.25 per hour
