Duties
- Lead and oversee the management of major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client engagement and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client objectives
- Conduct regular analysis of client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Negotiate contract terms and renewals to foster mutually beneficial relationships
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and account management

Pay: $83,000.00-$123,000.00 per year
