- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers on outstanding items and service requests
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, tenants, and clients when required
- Work cleanly and respectfully in occupied homes and completed spaces
- Document completed work with notes and before/after photos as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional approach on all service calls
- Flag recurring issues, larger deficiencies, or items requiring subcontractor involvement
- Manage time effectively and complete multiple service calls in a day when needed
- Ensure jobs are fully closed out and not left incomplete or requiring unnecessary return visits
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on residential construction, service, or handyman experience
- Strong skills in basic plumbing, framing, drywall repair, taping, painting, caulking, and general finishing work
- Ability to diagnose issues independently and complete repairs without being micromanaged
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of finishing quality
- Professional attitude and communication skills when dealing with clients and occupied homes
- Reliable, punctual, accountable, and solution-oriented

- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to manage multiple service calls and plan work efficiently throughout the day
- Comfortable using a phone or tablet for communication, photos, and reporting
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work as required
- Must be dependable, self-directed, and capable of working alone when needed
