What is the Opportunity?
As a Senior Manager, Intelligent Systems Lead within GFT’s HR Information Technology (HRIT), you will provide leadership in designing and delivering the foundational data layer that serves as the single source of truth for incentive compensation data, and driving the ongoing evolution of incentive compensation technology platforms supporting both short- and long-term incentive programs. You will champion the adoption of the AI-DLC framework for incentive compensation, enabling the team to build intelligent, data-informed solutions that leverage machine learning and AI agents to drive business value.
You will be accountable for translating business requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and risk management frameworks.
This role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive end-to-end solution delivery across a complex, multi-system environment.
What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end application solution design across HRIT and incentive compensation systems, partnering with Enterprise Architecture to define target state, integration patterns, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards for scalability, resiliency, and security
-
Establish and lead the AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) framework, defining standards, processes, and governance for integrating AI/ML capabilities into solution design, delivery, and operations, positioning the team as an AI-native organization
-
Define and champion AI/ML use cases that leverage the foundational data layer to solve complex business problems (e.g., predictive analytics, compensation optimization, internal controls)

Act as Technical Lead for key initiatives, accountable for solution integrity and driving alignment across delivery teams toward practical, sustainable outcomes
-
Provide technical direction and influence to Business System Analysts, developers, vendors, and stakeholders across HR, LoB, Operations, and IT to translate requirements into solutions aligned with platform strategy and enterprise standards
-
Ensure compliance and risk management by verifying solutions meet enterprise risk, control, and compliance frameworks; identifying and mitigating technology, integration, and operational risks; and supporting audit readiness and regulatory adherence
-
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and solution design through adoption of AI-DLC methodologies and evidence-based decision-making
-
Foster knowledge sharing and sustainable team development by mentoring team members, strengthening team resilience through documented best practices, and building organizational capability
