Painter / Painter's Helper:
We are currently hiring a Painter / Painter's Helper to join our team for residential and commercial projects.
Position Overview:
This role involves assisting with and performing interior and exterioor painting, surface preparation, clean up, and general job site support. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated , strong attention to detail and works well with others. Wage based on experience. Must have own vehicle. Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, patching, priming)
-Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
-Protect floors, furniture, and surrounding areas.
-Assist lead painter with job site tasks.
-Maintain clean and organized work area.
-Follow safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
-Previous experience is an asset.
-Strong work ethic and reliability.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
-Valid driver's license preferred.
-Monday to Friday.
-Some weekends.
