Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced or intermediate-level Lawn Care Crew Leader who is motivated to learn to oversee and coordinate lawn care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a willingness to learn and adapt. This role involves supervising a team of Lawn Care Crew members, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards across all job sites. The Lawn Care Crew Leader will play a key role in delivering exceptional outdoor maintenance services while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of lawn care crew members to complete lawn care services and maintenance tasks efficiently
- Oversee daily operations, including mowing, trimming, planting, power-raking, aeration and fertilization.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client specifications
- Guide team members on safety procedures and equipment operation
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible schedule (Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm)
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
