Minimum 5 Years AZ Experience Required
We're looking for a professional AZ Driver with at least 5 years of commercial AZ driving experience to join our growing construction team.
This isn't an entry-level driving job. We're looking for someone who knows construction, understands equipment, and can confidently pull a dump pup one day and float heavy equipment the next.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating tandem and tri-axle dump trucks.
- Pulling a dump pup safely and efficiently.
- Hauling aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and construction materials.
- Floating excavators, loaders, rollers, and other heavy equipment.
- Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Completing logbooks and required documentation.
- Working closely with dispatch, project managers, and construction crews.
- Taking pride in keeping your truck clean, safe, and well maintained.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Valid Ontario AZ Driver's Licence.
- Minimum 5 years of AZ commercial driving experience.
- Proven experience pulling a dump pup.
- Proven experience floating heavy equipment.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Strong understanding of MTO regulations and load securement.
- Excellent backing skills and job-site awareness.
- Dependable, professional, and safety focused.
Bonus Points If You
- Have construction or paving experience.
- Can operate heavy equipment.
- Can back a pup into a busy job site without needing six spotters.
- Know that coffee tastes better at 5:30 a.m.
