- Track orders, resolve shipping and delivery issues, and follow up until each case is closed
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy
- Keep customer records and order notes accurate and well-organized
- Flag recurring issues or product questions to the team so we can keep improving
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of e-commerce customer service experience — ideally with platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, or similar
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple orders and conversations at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning and working within a product database / order management system
- Reliable, self-directed, and calm under pressure
- A customer-first attitude and genuine problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Familiarity with sim racing, gaming, or PC/hardware products
- Experience with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Experience with Shopify order fulfillment specifically
Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
Benefits:

- On-site parking
- Paid time off
