Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, customer service and ensuring orders are packed accurately, ensuring seamless warehouse operations, and supporting overall distribution efficiency.
Your proactive approach will help maintain inventory accuracy, promote safety standards, and contribute to a smooth supply chain process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution.
Duties
- Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, accurately recording receipt details.
- Prepare outgoing orders by picking items, packaging products securely, and preparing them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts, and other material handling tools to facilitate efficient movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and storage of products to optimize warehouse distribution processes.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail when picking orders and preparing shipments for dispatch.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or distribution environments. (New hires and High School graduates welcome)
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently; forklift certification can be provided.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Ability to load & unload freight quickly while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
