Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selections, demonstrations, and answering technical questions
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits of our offerings
- Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs and increase sales
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and attractive
- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers during busy periods
- Use strong communication skills to explain product features clearly and professionally
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with courteous phone etiquette
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to company standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or merchandising preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex products simply
- Bilingual abilities (English plus another language) are highly desirable
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette
- Organizational skills to manage product displays and maintain store presentation standards
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; previous experience in technology sales is a plus

Pay: $15.90-$17.50 per hour
