Sherwood Powersports & Marine is looking to add Technicians to our team. Marine Technicians are the backbone of any Marine Dealership. They are the team member that assures that our customers can spend time on the water without hassle and fear or breakdown. As a member of our Service Team, you will perform maintenance and repair of all types of boats and engines. Prepping new and used packages, engines and trailers to go out for fun times on the water. Working in a new modern facility with a dual bay 91000 liter back in test tank and enjoying a large bay with a heated floor you can work in comfort year-round.
Qualified applicants will have a basic mechanical aptitude and be physically fit to lift up to 75lbs and be an excellent communicator. A strong willingness to learn and be familiar with technology. Apprentice opportunities are available and on the job training is provided.
Technicians with previous experience and training will be allowed to participate in performance pay plans and potential for leadership roles.
Manufacturer training programs are provided to keep current or familiarize to product lines we carry,
