Connect International Immigration Consultants Inc. is a growing Canadian immigration consulting firm committed to delivering professional, ethical, and client-focused immigration services. We assist individuals and employers with a wide range of immigration programs, including temporary residence, permanent residence, employer compliance, LMIA applications, provincial nominee programs, and citizenship applications.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the firm's daily operations, improve internal processes, and support the continued growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the immigration office.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Supervise administrative staff, case coordinators, and support personnel while ensuring productivity and performance.
- Coordinate workflow to ensure timely processing of immigration files and compliance with internal service standards.
- Monitor office budgets, operational expenses, and resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees.
- Develop performance goals and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Canadian laws, employment standards, privacy requirements, and professional regulations.
- Coordinate with management to improve client service delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain office systems, records, and reporting procedures.
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous process improvements.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies as required.
- Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an immigration office operations management role.
- Experience working in an immigration consulting, legal, or professional services environment is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and regulations is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
