About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. As part of a small, supportive team at the Rodeway Inn Grand Falls, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences in our scenic location along the St. John River Valley.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Process reservations, payments, and guest requests
Provide helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked
Perform light administrative tasks and support the housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
Requirements
Previous customer service experience (hotel or hospitality experience is an asset)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software (training provided)
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays
Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
