CampbellCare is a Plumbing and HVAC company dedicated to providing expert services to our clients. We have been in business for over 40 years, and we are looking for a new member to join our team.
We are seeking a Customer Service/ Call Taker Rep to be the first point of contact for our organization.
This is full-time role; the hours are from Monday to Friday 8am -4pm. Pay rate is $20.00-$28.00 per hour depending on experience.
Skills Required:
Must have an excellent verbal, written and understanding of English while maintaining a cheerful and helpful manner on the phone.
Able to multitask and remain organized during peak call volume periods
Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
Must be reliable & punctual.
Assist team leader in maintaining standards by communicating any challenges or issues.
Computer skills with knowledge of MS Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook
Education and Experience Required
Priority given to candidates with prior customer service experience.
