Position: Entry-Level Upper Technician
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time available
Starting Wage: $17.60 + (based on training progress & performance)
Training: Paid, hands-on & online mentorship provided
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Upper Technician, you're the face of our shop — the person our customers trust with their vehicles. This is a perfect role if you like working with your hands, staying active and connecting with people.
Your key responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through their service options
- Perform oil changes and fluid top-ups (transmission, coolant, wipers, etc.)
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Use tools and digital systems to recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines
- Install wiper blades, filters, lights, batteries and more
- Maintain communication with Lower Technicians
- Keep your bay clean, organized and safe
- Recommend additional services or replacements in an informative way
- Follow health and safety protocols to keep yourself and your teammates safe
