Enduro Construction is a construction firm specializing in commercial interiors and tenant improvements. We offer construction management and general contracting services throughout the lower mainland and sea to sky corridor.
Enduro Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role is primarily remote, with regular weekly visits to project sites.
Duties
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling
- Experience in commercial and/or institutional construction
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard construction management software such as ProCore, Jobtread, Bluebeam.
- Knowledge of construction best practices.
- Strong project management skills with excellent time management capabilities.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while coordinating multiple stakeholders across various phases of construction projects.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance procedures on construction sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
