This contract position offers an hourly wage rate of $25.02 to $30.41. Hours are not guaranteed, and shifts include early mornings, late evenings, nights, and holidays.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Facilities & Transit, the Transit Driver will be responsible for safely operating transit vehicles in accordance with applicable legislation, including during adverse road and weather conditions, on a designated route and schedule. This role is responsible for collecting fares, issuing transfers, and ensuring the validity of transfers and passes. The Transit Driver will perform daily inspections, monitor vehicle performance, and report any irregularities to Operations.
