We are not looking for occasional help or overflow labor. We are looking for professional crews interested in consistent work, reliable scheduling, and building a long-term relationship with an established local company.

Our goal is simple: your crew focuses on production and quality workmanship while we handle marketing, sales, customer communication, scheduling, permits, and administration.
Requirements:
- Established roofing crew with residential shingle experience
- Valid WCB coverage
- Liability insurance
- Proper fall protection and safety certifications
- Own tools, equipment, and transportation
- Ability to maintain high quality standards and professionalism on site
- Strong communication and reliability
Preferred:
- Crew size of 4–8 installers
- Experience with insurance restoration projects
- Experience completing full residential re-roofs efficiently and safely
- Ability to handle multiple projects per week during peak season
