Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating an NC Press Brake to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Press Brake Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties
- Set up and operate a NC Press Brake machine according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products using measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes through Lean manufacturing principles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming NC Press Brake.
- Ability to weld and assemble various materials as needed would be an asset but not necessary.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts for material handling.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality control processes.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
