Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Private Equity Manager to lead investment initiatives and manage a portfolio of private equity assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong research capabilities, financial acumen, and experience in investment banking or financial services. Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive research and analysis on potential investment opportunities within the private equity space.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis to evaluate investment viability.
- Manage the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, to closing transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Monitor and manage existing investments, providing strategic guidance to optimize performance.
- Develop and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting private equity investments.
- Assist in developing investment strategies that align with organizational risk appetite and growth objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in research, investment analysis, or portfolio management within financial services or investment banking sectors.
- Strong understanding of private equity markets, deal structuring, and valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools.
- Background in math or quantitative analysis is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform thorough risk analysis and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills for preparing reports and presenting complex information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
