Responsibilities
- Assist participants with participating in activities, ensuring safety and engagement
- Foster social interaction among participants to promote community involvement
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate activities that support individual care plans
- Create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages participation regardless of physical or cognitive limitations
Experience
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with participants' families, and team members
- Demonstrated ability to plan engaging activities that cater to diverse needs and abilities
- High School and University Students are welcome to apply.
