Job Description
The Hotel Housekeeping Attendant is a front line professional that ensures a positive overall impression of the property as well as ensures that all standards of sanitation are maintained at all times. This individual is responsible for representing the hotel through excellence in cleanliness and comfort.
To apply, an individual must have at least 1 year of prior housekeeping experience in a hotel setting.
Job Functions:
- Responsible for disinfecting, dusting, cleaning and maintaining all guest rooms and common areas
- Make beds and change linen in guest rooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and disinfect guest and public washrooms
- Empty garbage and recycling bins
- Laundry duties; includes collecting, washing and drying hotel linen
- Keep inventory and stock supplies in the housekeeping room and on the carts at the end of every shift
- Inform front desk of any damages immediately and maintenance staff for any repairs required
- Handle and report lost and found items according to Hotel policy
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as stand, and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of the shift
- Comply with established hotel policies and procedures.
- Any other duties assigned at the sole discretion of and by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.60 -$18.00 per hour

We have extensive Safety Protocols and training in place to ensure the highest measures are taken for employee and guest safety.
