Navacon Construction is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale municipal sewer, water, and road construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle including safety, quality, schedule, and budget
- Lead and mentor project teams including site supervisors and subcontractors
- Maintain client and municipal relationships throughout project execution
- Support the estimating team during the off-season
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and project documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction (municipal infrastructure)
- P.Eng or CET designation preferred
- Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
