Role Overview
Intelbyte is seeking a Power Platform & AI Solutions Developer to support our growing delivery team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced developers to help build apps, automate workflows, integrate AI capabilities, and support client projects using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship as you help deliver low-code solutions that improve business processes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Support senior developers in meetings with clients to capture and document business processes and requirements.
- Assist in translating business needs into low-code prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions using Power Platform tools and AI capabilities.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients, asking questions and providing status updates as needed.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Assist in the creation of Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps under the guidance of senior team members.
- Build and test simple flows using Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, or Excel where needed.
- Support the integration of AI models into Power Apps and Power Automate flows for document processing, prediction, and intelligent automation.
- Assist in implementing Copilot Studio solutions to create conversational AI experiences and chatbots.
- Follow development best practices and contribute to maintaining data integrity and user experience standards.
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting activities for both traditional and AI-enhanced solutions, and assist with user feedback collection.
- Support the development and testing of custom Copilots using Copilot Studio for both internal and client-facing applications.
- Help integrate Azure OpenAI Service with Power Platform solutions through custom connectors and APIs.
- Assist in creating intelligent document processing workflows that leverage AI for data extraction and classification.
- Contribute to building conversational interfaces and natural language experiences within Power Apps.
Project Delivery & Support
- Work within agile teams to complete assigned tasks and support sprint goals.
- Learn and assist with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities such as exporting solutions and updating versions.
- Help create or update documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users, including guidance on AI features.
- Support ongoing application improvements based on feedback from users and project stakeholders.
You will also support cloud-based data and analytics initiatives by assisting in the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions that integrate with Azure services (such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, and Azure OpenAI Service), helping to build and maintain basic data pipelines, connect to enterprise data sources, and surface insights through Power BI. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will contribute to data preparation, simple data engineering tasks, analytics workflows, and AI integration, ensuring that Power Apps and Power Automate solutions are securely and reliably integrated into the broader Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience working with Power Apps or Power Automate (school projects, internships, or personal projects welcome).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Willingness to learn Power Platform technologies, including Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and intelligent automation.
- Basic understanding of business processes and interest in building scalable digital solutions enhanced by AI.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum projects is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience or coursework involving AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
- Familiarity with AI Modelling or Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, or similar cloud AI platforms.
- Experience in regulated industries (energy, utilities, or government).
- Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks in low-code platforms and AI solutions.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
