Compensation
- $19.50–$20.50 per hour (based on experience and responsibility)
- $4–$6 per hour additional in tips (average)
Total effective hourly earnings: $23.50–$26.50/hr

What we’re Looking For
- Professional, reliable, and service-focused
- Confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong espresso skills and consistency under pressure
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Full-time only (minimum 1-year commitment required due to intensive training)
Schedule
Business hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (7 days a week)
Shifts scheduled within operating hours.
