Quayle’s Brewery is seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for supporting the Brewery’s marketing initiatives across a variety of channels while helping strengthen and grow the Quayle’s brand and customer experience. In this role, you will be working closely with our Events team and external partners on marketing and communications.

Quayle’s Brewery is a community-driven company; our relationship with our customers is extremely important to us. We are looking for someone who is excited to be the face of our brewery and brand.
We are currently looking for someone permanent-part time, working approximately 20 to 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
Responsibilities
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Support the ongoing development and growth of the Quayle’s Brewery brand
- Assist in the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns
- Create, schedule, and publish promotional material on social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook
- Keep the Quayle’s Brewery website and tourism/partner websites updated with current events and promotions
- Draft, design, and publish weekly email newsletters
- Assist with photography, video content, on-site and print marketing materials as needed
- Support customer engagement initiatives and community partnerships
- Monitor marketing performance and audience engagement metrics
Who You Are
- The ideal candidate is a mature, outgoing, and highly organized team player with strong communication skills and a solid business sense. They should have strong computer skills and be comfortable balancing creative work with day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
- Experience with the following platforms and tools is strongly preferred:
- Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite
- Canva
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Email marketing platforms, especially Mailchimp
-Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress
Additional assets include:
· Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
· Photography, videography, and graphic design skills
· Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends during events
Previous brewery experience is not required. We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, creativity, initiative, and a passion for connecting with people and building community.
