We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Helper to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, proficient computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a professional manner. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Google Workspace or similar tools
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document management, and general clerical duties to support office operations
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and billing procedures
- Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files
- Provide support for front desk operations in medical or dental office settings, including patient check-in/out processes
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
Qualifications
- Previous office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or medical/dental office procedures is a plus
- Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and administrative support required
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
