Housekeeping position in downtown Kelowna hotel available immediately. On bus route. Experience is preferred.
Skills: Sweep, mop and wash floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Handle and report lost and found items. Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items. Provide basic information on facilities. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Clean changing rooms and showers.
Conditions: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching and kneeling.
Require an experienced team player with English reading and writing skills.
