- Engage business owners, managers, operations leaders, and other decision-makers in professional discovery conversations.
- Ask relevant questions to understand a prospect’s current processes, operational challenges, technology needs, and business priorities.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, timing, decision-making authority, potential fit, and level of interest.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings, consultations, or product demonstrations for the appropriate team member.

- Respond professionally to initial questions and common objections from prospective clients.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s services, ideal customer profiles, value propositions, and target markets.
- Collaborate with management, marketing, technical, and client-service teams to improve lead quality and outreach strategies.
- Support targeted campaigns, referral initiatives, networking activities, and business development projects.
- Monitor prospecting activity, conversion rates, scheduled meetings, follow-up progress, and other assigned performance indicators.
- Share market feedback, recurring customer concerns, competitor information, and emerging business needs with management.
- Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Represent the company professionally in all written, telephone, virtual, and in-person communications.
- Follow applicable privacy, anti-spam, data-protection, and company communication policies.
- Perform other related business development duties as required.
Requirements
