Job Title – Operations Analyst

Role Summary
Seeking an Operations Analyst to support daily funding, liquidity, and cash management activities within a Capital Markets Operations environment. The role involves monitoring payment flows, investigating funding exceptions, managing operational processes, and supporting risk controls while working closely with trading, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily funding and payment activities.
- Investigate and resolve cash balance and funding exceptions.
- Support transaction approvals and operational controls.
- Assist with daily funding requirements and reporting.
- Identify and escalate operational risks and issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
· Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, operations, accounting, consulting, or capital markets (co-op/internship experience considered).
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
· Experience with banking, treasury, funding, liquidity, or capital markets operations.
· VBA or automation experience.
· Master's degree.
