Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Class 1 Driver to join our team at Compass Services FSJ Ltd. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and safe transportation of goods within the oil and gas sector. As a Driver, you will play an essential part in our operations, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to various locations as required.
- Reporting repairs needed on units.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with dispatchers to optimize routes and schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicles.
Requirements
- Valid class 1 license is required.
- Proven experience driving in the oil and gas industry ( end dump, box truck, lowbed, tanking, vac truck experience).
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is an asset but not mandatory.
- Previous experience driving in the area.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous Vac Truck Operating Experience is an advantage.
- Ability to pass drug test.
