What We’re Looking For:
- Valid OMVIC License
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- 1-2+ years of customer service or sales experience
- A passion for customer service is paramount
- Effective written and verbal communicator in English (other languages an asset)
- A highly-motivated self-starter
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- High-level of proficiency with learning new computer systems
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Well-spoken, articulate, professional and friendly
- Resourceful and adaptable
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Willingness to learn
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from prospective customers, whether in-person, over the phone or online
- Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures concerning customer handling, closing the sale, delivery and after-sale procedures
- Prospect and follow up diligently to increase sales volume
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research
- Follow up on customers after-sales to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all customers and potential sales customers of the dealership are handled with respect and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management
