Labour Relations Advisor
Yukon Employees' Union is seeking a collaborative, dedicated, and highly motivated professional to join our team. Our Labour Relations Advisors provide representation, advocacy, and support to the members of the Yukon Employees' Union. They provide advocacy and advice to members of Component and Local Executives and to Shop Stewards in all YEU bargaining units throughout the Yukon.
Qualifications Include:
- Post-Secondary education (degree or diploma/certificate) in a related field (Human Resources, Labour Relations, Legal Studies), an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
- Three - Five years of related experience.
- Experience working within legal framework and employment law.
- Proven experience navigating and interpreting Collective Agreements and relevant legislation.
- Experience working with members of a union to navigate workplace concerns/issues.

Salary Range: $155,767 - $182,225 per annum.
