Sales Representative – Inside & Outside Sales

YYC Flooring Solutions is one of Calgary’s growing flooring companies specializing in vinyl, hardwood, tile, and carpet supply and installation for builders, renovations, and retail homeowners.
We work with established builders, maintain a strong reputation for service, and continue to expand our presence across Calgary. We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives for both inside showroom sales and outside construction sales roles.
Whether your strength is building relationships in the field or helping customers inside the showroom, we are looking for individuals who are confident, driven, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Outside Sales Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and renovation clients.
- Conduct outside sales visits throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects professionally.
Inside Sales Responsibilities
- Assist showroom customers with flooring selections and product recommendations.
- Guide homeowners and renovation clients through the sales process.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and follow-ups accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge.
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor pricing, and new flooring products.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, renovation, flooring, retail sales, or building materials is a strong asset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency including email, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for outside sales positions.
